Pictures of the Year International winners will be showcased at the Newseum
Winning images from the 71st annual Pictures of the Year International competition, including one that went on to win a 2014 Pulitzer Prize, will be on display beginning Friday, April 25, at the Newseum in Washington, D.C.
The exhibit will include powerful visual stories of forests destroyed by the coal mining industry, countries plagued by extreme hunger and a loving home opened to an Afghan child healing from severe burns.
